The lower edge shows "6-12'14 Poole Bros. Chicago 5408", indicating that indeed the map is from 1914.

• The map does not show the Deep Creek Railroad, located on the Nevada/Utah border running south from Wendover. The Deep Creek Railroad was owned by the Western Pacific. Deep Creek was in operation from 1917 until 1939. If this map was from 1930, it would likely have shown the Deep Creek.

• The map does not show the Tidewater Southern Railway, which was purchased by the Western Pacific in 1917 and operated until 1983.

• The map is very similar to Panoramic Views Denver & Rio Grande Western Royal Gorge Route Western Pacific Feather River Canon Route, which is from the 1920's, possibly 1924.
