Andorno Creek is located in the Santa Rosa Range, east of US 95, north of 140.

Carlson states that the name is of an undetermined origin.[1]

Andorno Ranch is nearby and was a stage stop known as Awakening Peak and Paradise Valley.[2]

Andorno is mentioned in a 1913 news paper[3]

Andorno House was a 48 room hotel at Andorno Ranch[4][5]
